These terms cover your use of showcasehub and its tools, including Motion (together, "the service"), run by Mohit Kukreja, an individual based in India. By using the service, you agree to them. If you have questions, write to hello@showcasehub.design.
The service is in beta. It is free to use until paid plans launch, and some features, such as higher resolutions, 60 fps, transparent video and video backgrounds, will become part of a paid plan after the beta. We'll announce changes before they happen. Because it's a beta, things may change, break or be removed.
You keep all rights to the images, videos and other material you put into the service, and to the videos you export. Your work is processed on your own device and we never receive it, so we claim no rights over it.
Make sure you have the right to use anything you put into the service. You are responsible for the material you use and what you make with it.
You may use the videos you export for personal and commercial work, including for clients. Anything you export during the beta stays yours to use commercially, even after paid plans begin.
Please don't:
When paid plans arrive, they'll be sold through our payment provider, Dodo Payments, as merchant of record, and their terms of sale will apply alongside these. We'll update these terms before then.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of important work: Motion offers a backup download for exactly this.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost work or data, arising from your use of the service. While the service is free, our total liability to you is limited to INR 1,000.
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.
We may update these terms; we'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll email people on our list. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
